The entrance examination for higher education institutions in the II and III specialty groups has been conducted.

According to Medianews.az, this was reported by the State Examination Center.

The exam was organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Aghstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zaqatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Masalli, Guba, and Khachmaz.

A total of 231 exam buildings and 4206 exam halls were allocated in the cities and districts where the exams were held. To manage the exams, 231 general exam supervisors, 665 exam supervisors, 5211 monitors, 762 exit regime staff, and 231 building representatives were engaged.

An operational headquarters operated at the State Examination Center to manage the exam process; regular communication was maintained with the buildings where the exams took place, and the course of the exam was monitored. The exam was conducted in all buildings in accordance with the instructions, providing the necessary conditions for participants to demonstrate their knowledge levels.

According to preliminary information, 7 individuals were expelled from the exam due to possession of mobile phones, and 2 individuals for having "smart" watches. An investigation will be conducted regarding the rule violations that occurred.

A total of 56,847 applicants were expected to participate in the exam.

82 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) also participated in the exam. Special halls were allocated in the exam buildings to ensure their comfortable participation. For those determined to have 81-100% impairment of visual functions, individual supervisors were assigned. Facilities were also provided for applicants with mobility limitations to enter the building and exam hall and move around.

Today, at 15:00, a live broadcast will be held on the SEC’s "Youtube" channel, where the Center’s responsible staff and experts will provide detailed explanations about the test assignments used in the exams, as well as present the correct answers for closed and codable open-type tasks.

Applicants can write their questions under the relevant link posted on "Youtube".

Starting from May 25, the processing of exam protocols and materials will commence at the State Examination Center.

Since it takes time to check the open-type tasks used in the exams, the results are expected to be announced three weeks after.

We once again remind the applicants who will participate in the upcoming entrance exams to be careful with their documents (original identity card and admission sheet). Additionally, the exam starts at 10:00. The exit regime ends at 09:45, which is 15 minutes before the start of the exam, and participants arriving after that time will not be allowed into the exam building.

To ensure participants can enter the exam building comfortably, different arrival times to the building have been set, and these times are indicated on the participant’s admission sheet. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission sheet.
