Four Muslim giants gathered to stop the Iran war

The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey held an urgent meeting in Islamabad to stop the ongoing bloody war in Iran and find a diplomatic solution.

According to Medianews.az, this summit hosted by Pakistan is a platform where the United States' "15-point" peace plan presented to Iran was discussed, and it is the first time that the major powers of the region have come together in such a broad composition for a ceasefire.

The meeting was attended by Turkey's foreign minister Hakan Fidan, Saudi Arabia's foreign minister Faisal bin Farhan, Egypt's foreign minister Badr Abdelatty, and Pakistan's foreign minister Ishaq Dar.

The ministers are preparing a joint mediation mechanism to convey Washington's proposals to Tehran, which include the complete halt of Iran's nuclear program, restrictions on its missile arsenal, and ensuring international control over the Strait of Hormuz.

It is noted that the unified stance of these four countries is the last and strongest diplomatic pressure tool to bring the Iranian regime to the negotiating table. Pakistani officials stated that Islamabad is in direct contact with both the U.S. and Iran, and there is a high probability that the first direct talks between the parties will take place soon in this city. In the joint statement released by the four countries, Iran's attacks on civilian infrastructure and neighboring countries were sharply condemned, and the importance of Tehran respecting international law was emphasized.
