The Cabinet of Ministers has made amendments to the "Rules for Monitoring the Activities of Enforcement Officers" approved by the decision dated May 1, 2000.
Medianews.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision regarding this.
According to the decision, from now on, the order of placing orders and fulfilling requirements for the sale of electronic auctions or movable property valued at less than 5,000 manats through electronic trading platforms determined in accordance with the requirements of the "Law on Public Procurement" will be studied. Until now, the order of placing orders and fulfilling requirements was studied for the sale of auctions or movable property not exceeding 5,000 manats determined by the enforcement service within the commercial networks.
