AFFA has released the audio recording of the referees from the “Kəpəz”-“Qarabağ” match in the 25th round of the Misli Premier League concerning the controversial penalty incident.
Medianews.az reports, citing “Qafqazinfo”, that there were complaints about a foul against “Qarabağ” player Kamilo Duran during the match.
Specifically, after the game, Qurban Qurbanov also spoke about the incident where the referees reviewed the VAR and did not award a penalty. He stated that this incident was a penalty kick.
However, the AFFA Referees Committee published the discussion of the referees explaining why they did not award a penalty for that incident.
