The acceptance of documents for the transfer of students studying in higher and secondary vocational education institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year begins.
Medianews.az reports that the State Agency for Science and Higher Education has issued a statement on this matter.
It has been stated that document acceptance will be conducted electronically.
"In the transfer process, students who study in higher and secondary vocational education institutions within the normative education period, and have accumulated at least half of the credits specified for that period according to the education program during their education, can participate.
The acceptance of applications will start at 10:00 on July 13, 2026, and continue until 18:00 on July 19, 2026. Students wishing to participate in the transfer process portal.edu.az platform must register, create a "personal cabinet," enter the appropriate section with their username and password, fill out the electronic application form, and confirm it.
Students must pay attention to the accuracy of the information they enter during the application and comply with the announced deadlines related to the process," the statement said.
