A resident of Moscow, falling into the trap of fraudsters, has become a participant in an unimaginable crime. A criminal case has been opened against the woman who was sent from one end of Russia to the other — to Primorye — under the pressure of the swindlers.
Medianews.az reports to Publika.az that the incident took place in the city of Nakhodka.
According to the information, the fraudsters initially frightened a local resident’s 16-year-old daughter by telling her that her "Gosuslugi" (State Services) account had supposedly been hacked. Individuals presenting themselves as couriers informed the teenager that a search would be conducted at the house.
At that moment, a woman who came from Moscow, playing the role of a "specialist," appeared. She found the place where the teenager had placed the key, took it, entered the apartment, and tried to open the safe. However, she fled the scene before completing her intent.
The detained woman stated in her testimony that she acted under serious pressure from the fraudsters.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and an investigation is ongoing.
