Medianews.az reports that, according to him, under previous rules, the insurance contract was registered in the name of the vehicle owner. Now this history will be calculated differently.
According to the rules, the driver who caused the incident will pay approximately 30 percent more insurance premium the following year.
The second change is related to having several authorized drivers for one vehicle. Currently, citizens prefer to sign the insurance contract in the name of the person with the highest bonus-discount for the vehicle.
