Many residents of Baku believe that the past month of June was cooler compared to most previous years in our capital.
The director of the Hydrometeorological Forecast Bureau of the National Hydrometeorological Service, Gülşad Məmmədova, told Medianews.az that the highest temperature in June in Baku over the past 30 years was recorded on June 26, 2021: "On that day, the maximum temperature reached nearly 41 degrees Celsius.
The lowest temperature in June in the capital over the past 30 years was observed on June 2, 1996. On that day, the temperature in Baku was 8 degrees Celsius.".
