At today's session of the Milli Majlis, proposed amendments to the "Law on Diplomatic Service" were discussed.
Medianews.az reports that according to the draft, the state salary of diplomatic service employees serving in the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority includes the following:
- monthly official salary;
- additional pay according to diplomatic rank;
- additional pay for representation;
- additional pay for each hour worked when the monthly working hours are increased by more than 5 (five) hours in cases necessary for the service;
- allowances applied to diplomatic service employees according to labor legislation in connection with working conditions (severity and harmfulness of service conditions, climate conditions, etc.).
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.//Musavat.com
