Four-time "Grand Slam" champion and world number one, Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabalenka answered a question about playing a match without taking off her engagement ring.
Medianews.az, citing Idman.Biz, reports that Sabalenka said it does not bother her.
"It doesn't bother me at all. Everything is great. My shot with my right hand is even stronger now," Sabalenka said.
The tennis player also said that the wedding date is not yet known.
At the beginning of March, Greek-Brazilian businessman Georgios Franqulis proposed to Sabalenka. Sabalenka accepted the proposal. The couple has been dating since 2024.
