Three U.S.-owned F-15 fighter jets crashed in Kuwaiti airspace.
According to Medianews.az, although initial reports stated that one plane had crashed, it was later confirmed that the number was three.
During the incident, the pilots used the ejection seats to leave the planes. The released footage showed the pilots parachuting down and later being taken to a safe area by military teams. According to preliminary information, the crew members are not in life-threatening danger.
In a statement from the Kuwait Army, it was noted, "Several U.S.-owned fighter jets have crashed; all crew members were rescued alive." No official information has been given about the cause of the crash.
Various assumptions have been put forward that the incident occurred due to technical malfunction, air defense systems, or military conflict. However, none of these versions have yet been officially confirmed.
It should be noted that F-15 fighters rank among the U.S.'s most powerful air superiority aircraft. The crash of three aircraft on the same day indicates increasing risks related to air safety in the region. Experts warn that if the conflict escalates, the airspace in the Gulf region could become more sensitive.
