Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred on April 16 in the city of Ghaziabad.
The man suspected that his wife was secretly involved with the neighbor and cut off part of the man's ear with a sword.
The injured man fled the scene on a bicycle. The attacker was caught with the help of bystanders and a criminal case has been opened against him.
