The "Nakhchivan Automobile Transport Agency" public legal entity subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been abolished.
Medianews.az reports, referring to Oxu.Az, that the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan, Bakhtiyar Mammadov, has signed the relevant decree regarding this matter.
According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of Nakhchivan must prepare proposals within two months to align the acts of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly with this decree and submit them to the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In addition, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Nakhchivan will ensure the implementation of the measures stipulated in the Civil Code of Azerbaijan in connection with the abolition of the "Nakhchivan Automobile Transport Agency" public legal entity.
