The TikToker known as Arzum, Ilduzə Hacıyeva, has not been able to leave the country or see her children who are in Germany for months.
Medianews.az, citing Axşam.az, reports that the reason for this is her ongoing court case, which has resulted in a ban on her leaving the country. It was revealed that Arzum was involved in a car accident in the Mərdəkan settlement last June. During the accident, one person died, and another was seriously injured.
Several court sessions have already been held.
The next court hearing concerning the accused blogger, under Articles 263.2 (violation of traffic rules or operation of a vehicle resulting in death) and 264 (fleeing the scene of a traffic accident) of the Criminal Code, will be held on May 26.
It should be noted that Arzum is married to a German citizen and lives there. She has four children. The blogger, whose children are in Germany, cannot see them.
