In Turkey, 25-year-old Serhat K stabbed his peer Murat Yaşar, whom he saw next to his sister, during an argument that occurred on the street.
Medianews.az reports that the incident happened in the Karadeniz neighborhood of Gaziosmanpaşa district late at night.
According to the allegation, the dispute that began between the parties quickly escalated into a fight. Serhat K wounded Murat Yaşar in both legs with a knife he was carrying and fled the scene.
Although emergency medical services transported the injured to the hospital, it was not possible to save his life.
After the incident, the suspect who fled was caught by the police and handed over to the investigation. Initial information indicates that the conflict occurred over a "girl issue."
The moment of the incident and the suspect’s escape were recorded by security cameras in the area and witnesses’ mobile phones.
