"Azerbaijan and Armenia are already in a state of peace."
Medianews.az reports that this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, this is the first time that Armenia and Azerbaijan are using the same political language:
"There are still rhetoric remnants from the past conflict in both Armenia and Azerbaijan, but this is part of an inevitable transition process.
I am confident that the parties will sign a peace agreement aimed at institutionalizing peace. However, this will not mean the complete conclusion of the process.
After that agreement, there will be a need to sign additional agreements in various fields."
