According to Medianews.az, citing APA, the fire was recorded in an apartment on the 6th floor of a residential building on Khocali Avenue.
Firefighting measures are currently ongoing, and the residents of the building have been evacuated.

A fire broke out in a residential building in the Khatai district of Baku.
According to information provided to Medianews.az by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a report was received through the "112" hotline about a fire occurring in a residential building located on Khocali Avenue in the Khatai district of Baku city.
In response to the report, units from the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Baku Regional Center were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Firefighting measures are currently ongoing.
