"The Agreement on cooperation regarding the implementation of the 'ASAN service' model in the Republic of Guinea between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea" has been approved.
Medianews.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree related to this.
According to the decree, the "Agreement on cooperation regarding the implementation of the 'ASAN service' model in the Republic of Guinea between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea," signed on March 16, 2026, in Baku city, has been approved.
After the Agreement referred to in part 1 of this Decree comes into force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Guinea stating that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been fulfilled.
