Restoration work has started at the 2.2 km mark of the Lokbatan-Guzdak road in Baku.
This was reported to Medianews.az by the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (AAYDA).
According to the information, a temporary alternative road is being laid to ensure smooth traffic flow in the area. Afterwards, the water drainage facility damaged by floodwaters will be dismantled.
Meanwhile, the design work for a new bridge in the area will be carried out.
Construction and restoration work is being carried out in accordance with the order of the President of the country.
