Medianews.az reports that Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said this.
"You know that Armenia does not participate in the activities of the CSTO, but still remains a member of the organization. We need to be very cautious about this issue. In this regard, the situation in Armenia is complicated, especially in the pre-election period. The situation is very complex.
