The resident of the district, 34-year-old Dostali Bagirov, during an argument, injured 11th-grade student R.S. with a cutting tool, and his brother who came to help him - 16-year-old A.S. - by hitting him with his hand. Medical assistance was provided to the injured brothers.
The perpetrator was detained by police officers during the conducted measures.
