On April 20, a 9th-grade student of the 286th complete general education school (the student's name is not disclosed for the relevant reason) injured a classmate.
Information about this was provided by the Baku City Education Department (BŞTİ). It was reported that emergency medical assistance was immediately called by the school administration. The student was given initial medical aid and was taken to a healthcare institution for examination and treatment.
"In connection with the matter, the student's parents and relevant authorities were informed. The case has been taken under control by the relevant authorities and appropriate investigations have begun. Additionally, within the framework of the school internal investigation, conversations are being held with the student's classmates and teachers. Necessary supportive measures are being implemented by the school psychologist with the students," the statement said.
