American researcher Andrew Cons has put forward a new claim regarding the rock formation in the Ağrı Mountain area of Turkey.
Medianews.az, referring to Publika.az, reports that Cons claimed in an interview with "GB News" that, based on the latest scientific results obtained, this area could be related to Noah's Ark.
According to him, recent studies on the ship-shaped rock structure discovered as early as 1959 have revealed remarkable findings. It is reported that underground radar investigations detected tunnels and central cavities in the area. The researcher claims that these structures are not accidental and were formed according to a certain plan.
The scientist added that through the use of geophysical methods, particularly underground radar and infrared imaging technologies, a ship-like structure was observed deep within the mountain. In his opinion, this is not natural and could be related to human activity.
Analysis of 88 soil samples taken from the area in 2024 also revealed notable differences. According to the research, the amount of organic matter in the soil inside the rock formation was higher, and the potassium level was approximately 38 percent higher.
Moreover, the discovery of fossil remains of marine creatures in the area indicates that this place was once submerged underwater.
