Cəmil Əziz oğlu Əliyev has been awarded the "Istiglal" order.
Medianews.az reports that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a decree regarding this.
"Based on clause 23 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
Cəmil Əziz oğlu Əliyev shall be awarded the "Istiglal" order for his special services in the development of medical science and healthcare in the Republic of Azerbaijan," the decree states.
