The drivers of the "Tofas" and "Mercedes" vehicles, Huseyn Tagizade and Zamin Mehdiyev, who grossly violated traffic rules and committed auto hooliganism in a wedding procession, have been detained as a result of the measures taken by the Saatly District State Traffic Police Department.
During the investigation, it was determined that H. Tagizade was driving the vehicle without a driving license and under the influence of alcohol.
Administrative protocols have been drawn up against both drivers and sent to the court for consideration.
