The office complex of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in Tehran has been completely destroyed as a result of joint airstrikes by Israel and the United States.
"Qafqazinfo" reports that this information was provided to the "Channel 12" television channel by an anonymous Israeli official.
According to the source, it is not yet known whether Khamenei was in the building during the attack. Israeli intelligence emphasized that the operation targeted all the main leadership of Iran.
At the same time, the "Reuters" agency, citing Iranian officials, reported that the Supreme Leader was evacuated to a safe location before the attack. Videos showing thick smoke rising from the area where the office complex in Tehran is located have been circulated on social media.
It should be recalled that in the operation called "Lion's Roar," which began early this morning, US and Israeli forces are striking Iran's military, government, and intelligence centers.
