According to the news from the National Hydrometeorology Service to Medianews.az-, the amount of precipitation was 5 mm in Quba, Goygol, and Gadabay, 3 mm in Gusar, 2 mm in Dashkasan, and 1 mm in Khachmaz, Ganja, Naftalan, Shabran, Astara, Yardimli, Astara, Lankaran, and Lerik.
A north-west wind blew in several areas with a maximum speed reaching 26 m/s in Goychay, 24 m/s in Agdam and Naftalan, 22 m/s in Tartar and Ismayilli, 21 m/s in Oghuz, 20 m/s in Neftchala, Gabala, and Barda, 18 m/s in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, Zagatala, Balakan, Sheki, Zardab, and Dashkasan, 17 m/s in Sabirabad, 16 m/s in Mingachevir, Gobustan, and Bilasuvar, and 15 m/s in Julfa.
Fog has been observed in Ganja, Shamkir, Altiagaj, Gusar, and Lerik. The visibility distance is limited to up to 500 m.
