Those who provide false and/or distorted information about the cutting of bushes subject to notification proceedings will be fined.
Medianews.az reports that this is reflected in the new Article 253-1.5 proposed to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at today's session of the National Assembly.
According to the draft, physical persons who provide false and/or distorted information about the cutting of bushes subject to notification proceedings will be fined five hundred manat, officials three thousand manat, and legal entities five thousand manat.
It should be noted that the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses is related to the new rule established concerning the cutting of bushes in agricultural lands under perennial plantings, as stipulated in the Law on the Protection of Greenery. Notification proceedings must be carried out regarding the cutting of bushes.
After discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
