The world's "worst foods" have been announced - LIST

The world's famous gastronomy platform TasteAtlas has published a list of the "worst foods" based on more than 483,000 votes.

Thousands of restaurants and recipes were evaluated in the study, resulting in the identification of the 10 lowest-rated dishes.

1. Jelly Eel

A traditional street food from England that tops the list.

2. Hon Mhai

A fried silkworm dish popular in Thailand.

3. Ramen Burger

A dish from the US cuisine made with fried ramen noodles instead of bread.

4. A-Ping

A dish made from fried spiders in Cambodia.

5. Balut

A traditional dish in the Philippines made from fertilized eggs with developed embryos.

6. Kalinte

A street food from Tangier, Morocco, made from chickpea flour.

7. Hormiga Culona

A special dish made from large ants in Colombia.

8. Porilainen

A sandwich-like dish sold at festivals and street vendors in Finland.

9. Ganthiya

A fried snack made from chickpea flour in India.

10. Texas Tommy

A sandwich from US cuisine made with sausage, bacon, and cheese.

The list has sparked great interest on social media and caused discussions.
