"Qarabağ" head coach Qurban Qurbanov was displeased with the club management during his time as a player.
According to Medianews.az, the experienced specialist stated this at the Coaches' First Forum.
He said he has seen similar actions in current players as well:
"I was displeased with the management during my playing period. Now, when I see this from players, I understand them and support them. Because I have experienced these things."
Q. Qurbanov added to his words that we are far behind European football:
"If you want to be a good coach, first of all, you must love the profession and be responsible. Sometimes we complain about fatigue. European football is constantly developing. Working as a coach becomes increasingly difficult over time. I need to improve quality more. If I love this job and realize the responsibility, I will always work hard.
