Dominik Frimpong, the 20-year-old football player of the Ghanaian club "Berekum Chelsea," died as a result of an armed attack.
According to Medianews.az, citing "Report," the incident occurred during an armed attack on the club's bus.
While returning from the away match against "Samartex" (0:1), the team's bus was attacked. A group of armed individuals blocked the road and opened fire on the bus with the intent to rob. D. Frimpong died from the gunshot wounds he sustained.
It should be noted that the striker had scored 2 goals in 13 matches this season.
