The Iranian vessel "Iris Dena" was subjected to a submarine attack off the coast of Sri Lanka.
"Qafqazinfo" reports that "Reuters" released this information referring to sources in the Sri Lankan Navy and the Ministry of Defense.
It is reported that 78 people were injured as a result of the attack, and 101 others are missing.
It should be noted that earlier there were reports that the ship had sent a distress signal off the coast of Sri Lanka. It was reported that 30 people were rescued as a result of the incident and were taken to the hospital.
