Chechnya leader Ramzan Kadyrov denied the occurrence of the accident involving his son Adam.
Telegraph reports that Kadyrov called the news about the accident fabricated in a video he shared on the "Telegram" channel.
"With the help of artificial intelligence, anyone can be deceived... The sudden emergence of false news about Kadyrov's son's accident became the number one news in the global information space," the Chechen leader said during a meeting with the republic's prosecutor Arsan Adayev.
According to Kadyrov, combating fake news is especially important for Chechnya because false information about events happening in the republic always "for some reason becomes a special cause for alarm in the media field."
It should be noted that on January 17 of this year, information was spread about Adam Kadyrov being involved in a serious accident in Grozny and being taken to the hospital unconscious.
