The Kura River flooded: In the villages, the cultivated fields were submerged under water.

The rise in water levels in the Kura River has caused the submersion of share and municipal land plots in two more villages of the Imishli district.

Medianews.az, citing "Report", reports that in the Agamalilar village of the district, 40 hectares, and in the Telishli village, approximately 35 hectares of cultivated land have been submerged.

Also, the area submerged in the Elyetmezli village has expanded to 215 hectares from 35 hectares, and additionally, 10 hectares of municipal land are under water.

It should be noted that 5.62 hectares of share land belonging to the Mammadli village, as well as 11 hectares of cultivated land owned by the Mammadli municipality, have also been affected by the waters.

Currently, additional measures are being taken by the relevant authorities to prevent possible risks.
