In a sensational statement to journalists, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has clearly announced his intention to make an official visit to Azerbaijan in the future.
Medianews.az reports that the Armenian head of government emphasized his determination to develop his country's international relations in a multifaceted manner and expressed his desire to participate in the global event planned to be held in Baku in the coming years.
In his speech, Pashinyan touched upon the foreign policy priorities of official Yerevan and stated firmly: "I will go to Moscow, Washington, and Brussels. As I have already declared before, I have great hope to personally attend the European Political Community summit to be held in Baku. We intend to develop our international relations in a full-fledged and wide-ranging manner."
The Prime Minister of Armenia also clarified the claims regarding a serious rift between Yerevan and Moscow that has been widely discussed in the press recently. He called the talks about alleged tensions in relations with Russia completely "artificial" and claimed that such rumors have no real basis. (redaktoraz)
