Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has responded to Russian oligarch Samvel Karapetyan's statements regarding the return of the Karabakh Armenians.
Medianews.az reports that he spoke about this during a conversation with journalists.
According to the words of the Armenian Prime Minister, Samvel Karapetyan speaks like this based on instructions received from outside:
"The oligarch from Kaluga does not understand what and why he is saying. He is given orders, and he says so. He does not even comprehend the interrelationship of the issues. This is cheap political manipulation."//Telegraf
