During the Night of Qadr in Turkey, a group of women held a striking protest at the Fatih Mosque.

During the protest, the women appealed to men with the call "Al-Aqsa Mosque is the honor of Muslims, take care of it." It was stated that the purpose of the protest was to draw attention to the fact that the sacred site has been closed to worship for days.
According to information, Israel, citing security reasons, restricted access to Al-Aqsa Mosque and did not allow mass prayers during Ramadan. This move caused dissatisfaction in the region and the Islamic world.
Harsh reactions have also been voiced from Turkey regarding the issue. Officials condemned this decision as a step contrary to religious freedoms.
