On March 18, information was received by the district prosecutor's office regarding the deaths of Ceyhun Agasiyev, born in 1966, and Gülgəz Agasiyeva, born in 1970, in the village of Zizik, Quba district.
This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
It was noted that investigations conducted established reasonable suspicions that Ceyhun Agasiyev committed suicide after intentionally killing Gülgəz Agasiyeva.
A criminal case has been initiated at the Quba district prosecutor's office under Articles 120.1 (willful murder) and 125 (inducing to suicide attempt) of the Criminal Code regarding the incident.
