Some streets and avenues will have traffic restrictions in connection with the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
Medianews.az reports that this was noted in an appeal from the Baku City Traffic Police Department to drivers.
It was stated that on February 26, from 08:00 in the morning until the end of the ceremony, vehicle movement will be restricted and rerouted on Mehdi Mehdizade, Kamandar Ahmadov, Ayaz Ismayilov, Suleyman Vazirov, and Izzat Orucov streets, which intersect, connect with, and run parallel to Khojaly avenue.
"It is recommended to use private cars as little as possible in this direction and to give priority to public transport," the information stated.
