In the city of Shaki, a "VAZ-2107" vehicle went out of control and overturned.
Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred around 2:00 AM.
As a result, the passenger in the vehicle - 23-year-old Elchin Ahmadli - died at the scene, the driver 22-year-old Omar Tanriverdiyev and another passenger - a 16-year-old teenager - were injured.
An investigation is ongoing regarding the incident.
