Passengers of Russia's "Pobeda" airline were forced to sleep on the ground hungry and thirsty at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport.
This was reported by the "Baza" Telegram channel.
It is reported that some passengers have been waiting helplessly in the terminal for 15 hours due to flight delays. Complaints come not only from the capital but also from various regions of Russia. It is reported that interruptions in flights have been continuing for several days in some regions. Interestingly, such mass problems are not observed in flights of other airlines.
Footage from Sheremetyevo airport shows terminals filled with people, with citizens sleeping on benches and directly on the floor. Passengers reported that the airline did not provide them with food and water.
Instead of offering hotels to people, "Pobeda" officials advised them to find their own accommodation. Although the company promised that the expenses incurred would be compensated in the future, this caused passengers' anger.
It should be recalled that earlier the Russian Ministry of Transport warned about possible flight delays in Moscow due to heavy snow./publika.az
