In January, consumer prices in Turkey increased by 30.65 percent compared to the same month of 2025.
Medianews.az reports that the Statistical Institution, which published the report, shows an increase of 45.36 percent in communal services, 31.69 percent in food and non-alcoholic beverages, 31.45 percent in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and 7.07 percent in clothing and footwear.
It is reported that the price increase in the education sector reached 64.7 percent, and in healthcare services 21.63 percent.
