Hero of the People Rahmanov has been appointed as the head of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Finance.
Medianews.az reports that the ministry has released a statement regarding this.
He was born in 1963 and graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University.
X. Rahmanov worked in various positions in the subordinate organizations of the Baku City Executive Power from 1981 to 1992, served as a leading lawyer, chief specialist, and head of department in the Legal Department of the State Property Committee from 1992 to 2000, and held positions as head of the Legal Department, head of the Legal Administration, and deputy head of the Ministry's Apparatus at the Ministry of Finance from 2000 to 2025.
In 2012, he was awarded the "Distinguished Service in Civil Service" medal by the decree of the President of the country.//Metbuat.az
