Immediately, relevant agencies, including ships floating in the Caspian Sea, were notified regarding the incident.
Currently, the search for Osmanov Rahim Ramiz oğlu, who is presumed to have drowned at sea, is ongoing with the involvement of a helicopter from the MES Aviation Unit and rescuers from the Special Risk Rescue Service.
