Medianews.az, citing "Qafqazinfo," reports that the incident occurred in the "Kristal Absheron" complex.
Around 2 a.m., Nihad Yunus oghlu Valiyev, born in 2004, fell from the balcony of the 13th floor of the 16-story building where he lived.
He sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
