Rainy and windy weather conditions continue in some parts of the country.

It was stated that in some places, a north-west wind is blowing, with the maximum wind speed reaching 28 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 23 m/s in Goranboy, 19 m/s in Naftalan, and 16 m/s in Shabran.
The amount of precipitation recorded is 12 mm in Shahbuz, 9 mm in Gryz, 8 mm in Khinalig, 3 mm in Ordubad and Tartar, 2 mm in Goygol, Shamakhi, Astara, Aghdam, Julfa, Nakhchivan, and 1 mm in Sharur, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Naftalan, Goranboy, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Gabala, Oghuz, Ismayilli, Sheki, Khaltan, Shabran, Barda, Yevlakh, Goychay, Mingachevir, Kurdamir, Yardimli, Lerik, Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadli, Shusha, Khankandi, Khojaly, and Fuzuli.
Fog is observed in Shusha, Khankandi, Gryz, and Lerik. Visibility is limited to up to 500 meters.
