“The US is expected to conduct military operations on Iran's Kharg Island and in the Strait of Hormuz with a force of 50,000 personnel. If this operation starts, the second phase of the war will begin. The third phase is either the regime's surrender or its collapse through military operations.”

According to the expert, if the Iranian side had accepted the 15-point proposal by US President D. Trump, both sides would have somewhat gained from this: “The IRGC is already preparing for ground combat. It can be said that the IRGC is holding its last chance. However, during the course of the war, the IRGC could obtain nuclear weapons and use them against Israel.
Negotiations are being carried out through Pakistan’s mediation between the sides. Nevertheless, severe attacks against Iran continue.
Believing that the IRGC will gain superiority in ground operations, it advances its own conditions. Therefore, reaching a common ground between the parties does not currently seem possible. However, if Israel does not obstruct the process, a ceasefire might be possible in April.”
