The Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted an inspection at the clinic owned by "NNC" LLC, which operates as a private medical center.
Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo," that during the inspection it was revealed that individuals without a medical license were engaged in medical activities at the clinic. Due to the violation of the law, the clinic's activities were suspended and the responsible person was fined.
In response to our inquiry, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry confirmed the information. It was noted that in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Regulation of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Protection of Interests of Entrepreneurs, an unscheduled inspection was conducted by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health on April 6-7 at the private medical institution owned by "NNS CLINIC" LLC located at 41 Aliyar Aliyev, Narimanov district, Baku: "During the inspection, the fact of conducting medical activities without a license and the use of unregistered medicines was detected, therefore an administrative penalty was imposed on the legal entity, an administrative offense protocol was drawn up according to Articles 210.1 and 221.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and the case was referred to the relevant body for further proceedings.
Additionally, a petition was submitted to law enforcement agencies with the aim of suspending the current activities of the private medical institution owned by "NNS CLINIC" LLC.
For the purpose of assigning a position in accordance with professional qualification for ongoing employment activities, an official request was sent from the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health to the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population."
