At least 16 people have died and 12 others have been injured as a result of the continued strikes by the Israeli army on the Nabatiyeh region in southern Lebanon.

The agency's statement says that rescuers have been operating since the morning in response to "continuous attacks targeting the region" and are ensuring the transportation of the injured and dead to hospitals.
This occurred one day after a ceasefire was declared between Israel and "Hezbollah."
It should be noted that 47 people died as a result of Israeli strikes on Lebanon yesterday.
The Israel Defense Forces stated that during the night, the Iran-backed "Hezbollah" fired more than 50 shells and rockets at Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon.
