Children should celebrate the "Last Bell" event exactly as they want to.
Medianews.az reports that the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev said this in his statement to journalists.
The minister stated that regulations regarding the "Last Bell" should only be made in terms of public safety and health protection.
Emin Amrullayev also spoke about the full secondary education model implemented since last year. According to him, the aim of the project is to concentrate the most skilled teachers of the regions in those schools to provide better quality preparation for students in grades 10-11. Teachers involved in the specialized teaching process will also receive additional payments.
